TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Timing

• · The draw will be opened form 9.00am Friday 3^rd July to 12noon Wednesday 5^th August 2020

Time and place of Draw

• · Wednesday 5^th August 2020 at 6.00pm at Cootamundra Country Club Hurley Street Cootamundra NSW 2590

Right of Entry

• · Entry is open to all customers who shop in participating businesses. Shoppers will be given an official entry form to complete and submit.  Excluding any person conducting the trade promotion including determining the winners or involved in the management of any benefiting business
• · All entry forms are to be stamped with the name of the participating business.

Prize

• · One prize draw of $500 value
• · The prize in in the form of local shopping vouchers and can only be redeemed at participating Celebrate Coota Shop Local participants.
• · Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and no change will be given.

Conduct of draw

• · All entries will be placed in a barrel and the prize will be hand drawn on Wednesday 5^th August 2020.
• · The winner will be announced via a PA System.
• · The winner will be notified via phone contact details provided on the entry ticket.
• · The winner will be advertised on the Cootamundra Development Corporation and ShopCoota Facebook and Instagram sites and published in the Coota Times newspaper.
• · It is the responsibility of the participating businesses to deliver coupons to the CDC before close of business at 2.30pm on Wednesday 5^th August
